Happy 5th Anniversary!

That was the greeting engraved in Pre's gift... Thus, he was greeting me one year in advance coz it's only our 4th wedding anniversary!

Blooper aside, it was one of the most romantic day of my life. It started on the night of the 27th coz he couldn't help but give me his gift as he was excited to see my reaction. His gift was the one on top of my wish list. Grabe, couldn't really believe that he will give it to me.

Fast forward in the afternoon, we went to mass at Novena Church. It has been our tradition to go to mass during our anniversary. It's one way of thanking the Lord for our family, for our love. That the Lord will continue to guide as husband and wife, as parents, as partners in crime. After the mass, we rushed to Bugis to have Pre's O2 serviced. Then, we went to Esplanade, at Al Dente Trattoria. When the waitress saw us, she asked us if we want to dine at the rooftop. Naturally, we said yes.

It was overlooking the bay. Quite romantic. We had ham and melon for appetizers then on to our main dishes which were steak (what else is new! --- for Pre) and smoked chicken pasta for me. Then, we had fondue for dessert. The food was good. And, we talked about lots of things, nothing serious, but mostly reminiscing about our lives before we got married.

After dinner, we walked back to City Hall to catch a cab. My feet was dead tired by then. Kaya naman when it was sleeping time, we did just that. Hehehe...

Pre, Happy 4th Anniversary! I love you!

waw tagal ko na pala absent sa "bloggeer's world". andami ko nang namissed na mga articles/postings nyo. well, im back hihihi... first things first, belated merry christmas po sa inyo and belated happy anniv senyo... musta na inaanak ko? hihihi

Math Matters

Dawter T called me up and excitedly told me that she's the highest in Math for term 1. So, I thought it was for their exam in Ordinal numbers. "Mommy, Mrs. T said, I am the highest in my tests and in my worksheets. I am 100 %!" Ok, ok, it's our first year in Primary so I am still a bit confused with the grading system. Then, she said, my English is good, but it's not like Math! That got me more confused! But still, I owe her a trip to Night Safari! Hehehe. *** I got home and found Dawter T's assessment folder. And lo and behold, it's true! I am very proud of my chicka! Hehehe (And Pre was even more than proud, for him, only Math matters hahaha)

Sunday Afternoon

We've had an adventure this afternoon. We ate at Pizza Hut and was very disappointed that they forgot to bring out our pizza. It should have come sooner but they made a mistake of bringing out thin crust instead of pizza hut. Pre had to ask the crew about it and only then did they informed us that the pizza was still 5 minutes away, and they were giving us some fried chicken for our wait. I mean, hello? We've waited a long time and it was not our fault and you only thought of the chicken after my husband marched in to your area to ask! We're not difficult customers. We're just hungry hehehe... Bad thing turned to good. The manager was Filipina and after Pre told her about our case, she said that Pizza Hut decided that we don't need to pay for what they have served. Fair enough. But, I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon. So sad. To cap our day, took some photos of the girls. Ate too conscious of her teeth. Bebi A, loving her yellow balloon.
