Believe it or not

But this was taken by my three year old! I always liked this shot of my inaanak F, it captures her in a quiet, shy way.

God is good

When things are rough, God is good. He lets you feel the bumps of life to let you learn from it. When your plans don't materialize, God is good. He lets you make other plans because the original one will not benefit you. When you get scolded, God is good. He lets you feel the heat of someone's wrath because He knows you can take it. God is good.

Blues No Clues

A lot of people I know are either down, feeling sad, depressed, stressed these past few days. What is it with February that's making people feel this way? Was it because Christmas has passed and all that's left are the bills to pay? Or because we expected too much during Valentine's Day?

Collision

We have been having problems here in the office since last week (refer previous posts). And, it is still plaguing us until now. I actually thought of resigning but my mind and heart couldn't take it. I am a fighter and I don't want to surrender yet. I have always believed that running away from the problem won't solve it. I might find another job but what if the presssure and stress is worst than what I am experiencing now. I can blame my boss and he can blame me. But, that definitely will not solve it. I decided to face it heads-on.

Follow the leader

Dawter T has a new friend named Benjamin. He is her classmate and school bus mate. The thing is he has this huge influence on her. Whenever Benjamin is not keen on eating, Dawter T will not eat too. We keep on telling Dawter T that she should be the one to set a good example to her friend but to no avail. Hayyy, abangan.

Heart's day

Day before V day, we had this huge network problem in the office. It went on til the morning of V day. My spirits were so low as I felt helpless against all the servers, routers and switches. The night made up for my anguish. When I got home, I saw a dozen of peach roses in our bathroom counter(yes, yes, cheezy to the max!) I realized then that no matter how big the problems I face in the day, my family is always there to welcome me at night.

My Little Zhang Ziyi

At 7

She now has 2 teeth, she can sit unattended and she has already fallen down the bed. What more can I ask from my seven month old cutie?

Silly Me

When I was about 7 or 8 years old, I asked my daddy (lolo), "San po ba galing ang juice?" We were in the car then thus I am not too sure if he heard me clearly. He answered, "Walang gumawa sa Diyos, Siya ang gumawa sa lahat." Ang lalim para sa munting isip ko, diba?! "Daddy, indi po Diyos, juice po! Pineapple juice po o orange juice!" Why did I suddenly remember that? Reason being, I am curious as to why Chinese wear their costume during the CNY celebration. Pinoys won't be caught in red (unless sobrang fanatic) during Valentine's day. The Barongs and the Sayas are reserved during Linggo ng Wika presentations or during his/her/somebody's wedding. But these Chinese costumes comes in trendy nowadays, they even wear it in the office. Those with super high slits, those mini ones, those like pajamas. It's actually cute to wear it, darn it but I can't cause I am not exactly built like Zhang Ziyi. Now, I wonder if the reason Pinas
