Staying Put

We've decided to stay at our current place. The owner brought the price down to a "reasonable" price compared to what he initially asked. The price will definitely put a dent to our household budget but it's the price of the flats that we've viewed recently so I guess it's reasonable with a quote.

alam mo naalala ko lang ung first condo namen dati ganyan nangyari. from 1800, gusto ng me ari gawin 3K. ng di kame pumayag, sabi 2500 na lang. nung aalis na kame, sabi sige retain na lang sa 1800. e nakakuha na kame ng 2100 na full condo facility. kaya inalisan ren namen. tipo bang kung makakalusot or makakapanindak!

sorry to hear about your current housing dilemna. But always find comfort in the truth of God's Word that "He will never leave you nor forsake you"(Hebrews 13:5), and that He will provide for your needs accdg to His glory (Phil.4:19) so try not to worry too much because He even said that He to the birds, He gives shelter, what more for us?(see Matthew). Anyway, am glad you've come to a decision to stay and if you continue to remain in God's ways, you will see how true He is to His promises...Keep reading God's Word and it will keep you on top of things though we go to roller coasters of despairs...God bless. Nyamy Nyamy

Our Bebe A is at the stage of being cheeky and endearing.  She can speak so many words now, some clear, some not.  Hehehe.  She likes to sing as well.  She actually has a good tone.  One of the songs that she likes is the one from Wiggles --- Fruit Salad.  Her version though is : Mom : Fruit Salad Bebe A :  Nyamy Nyamy (Yummy Yummy)
