Happy Mother's Day!

Why God Gave Me These Two

to guide these two young girls in their daily lives, that they may grow up in Christ, decent and not self-serving. Happy Mother's Day!

My "Abraham" Journey

I call this as such because I felt it was similar to what happened to Abraham when God asked him to offer Isaac. Last March, I got a call from a headhunter. I was intrigued because the client was an MNC but so many things happened in March and it took my breathe away. I went for the interview and got a positive review. Through the headhunter, the MNC sent their offer and asked me to decide within the day. Honestly, I was not all into it. I got burned on the last MNC I went to. And, though there are many down moments here at my current workplace, I like my after office hours activities hehehe I like that I can come home at 7. The day I decided that I will not take it, I got problems in the office as well so I felt my head was clear and that I did not let my emotions run wild. Few days after, I got this nagging feeling that I didn't do the right thing. Sister C coincidentally told me a story about her friend who told her that if you're feeling uneasy, the Lord wants you to...

NonStop

Bebi A takes after my side. Aside from her looks, her appetite also is after my side of the family. I am not yet complaining but she can finish her 1.8kg milk can in 2 weeks, she eats one whole pack of Lucky Me pancit canton, can eat 2 donuts one after the other (and that's after lunch)... Whew... But, should I start watching her diet? Hmmm, she looks so cute with meat on her! (Sister C told me this morning --- that's how my brother got big! Because he looks so cute with meat on him! hahaha) Yesterday... We had bacon for breakfast. Both my girls love it! At lunch, since there were still some leftovers, they ate it still. Bebi A finished hers first. And, she was looking for more hahaha So, we told her that there's no more bacon! With her cute expression and all, she pointed to her ate telling us that her ate still has some on her plate and she wants it! Hahaha! OMG! Matakot na ako no!

Separation Anxiety... All Over Again...

I am now accustomed to having Bebi A (not a Bebi anymore wahhhhh) beside me, her feet on my tummy. Or her face near my underarm hahaha But, on the 30th of April, my two girls slept side by side on Dawter T's single bed. Bebi A liked to sleep on her Ate's bed because of her Ate's new bed cover. They look so cute together. And, like the first time Dawter T slept on her own bed, I was so anxious that I couldn't sleep. I kept looking down (Dawter T's bed is just beside our queen size bed), scared that Dawter T is on the floor. But, the night passed and nothing major happened, so come morning. When Bebi A woke up, I asked her if she wants to sleep on Dawter T's bed again. "No. It's sooo cold!" Hahaha (Bebi A does not want to be covered with blanket and that night, the aircon was so cold!)
