When All Seemed Like a Lost Cause

When agents tells you that your budget is for a 2+1 flat, but then you won't be allowed to live in a 2+1 because your head count exceeds 4. When the washing machine is enthroned in the masters bedroom's bathroom. When agents are asking you to pay 50 or 60 bucks just to view the place.

The owner calls with a better offer than the last.

Truly, God's hand at its best.

What! pay 50-60 bucks just to view the flat?!!! grabe na talaga sila! alam ko sa JTC lang yan ah. Hay naku, bahala na karma sa kanila.

ang rason po nila sa amin ay kukunin daw nila susi sa hdb kaya kailangan magbayad ng 60. sabi po namin bat di nyo sagutin yun, kung marami kami magviview isahang view na lang. e sa lagay ba e everytime may magview e bayad ng 60sgd?

Nyamy Nyamy

Our Bebe A is at the stage of being cheeky and endearing.  She can speak so many words now, some clear, some not.  Hehehe.  She likes to sing as well.  She actually has a good tone.  One of the songs that she likes is the one from Wiggles --- Fruit Salad.  Her version though is : Mom : Fruit Salad Bebe A :  Nyamy Nyamy (Yummy Yummy)
