My Girls

The girls (as always) are the best part of my day (Pre's the icing hihihi). They have been playing with each other now and it's so nice to hear their squeals and laughters. It sure eased the tension on my shoulders. Bebi A's been composing songs. The first one is my favorite, it's Ba Ba Ba --- Ba Ba Ba which woke me up last Sunday. Wish I recorded it (sigh!) Pag nasawa na sya sa Ba Ba Ba, she will change the words to Da Da Da. She sang another one last night, I think this one is adapted from Row, Row, Row your boat --- hehe... Her version is a series of Wow, Wow, Wow, Wow, Wow, Wow... As for Dawter T, she surprised us today by asking us if she can put pink nail polish. Don't get shocked but some of her classmates already have. (another sigh!) She then asked us when she can put it. Her daddy replied, "when you're already working". (olrayt! mind you, I told her when she's 25 hahaha) side kwento :I am not a big fan of nail polish --- tanong ng

Cross, Star and Circle

I almost didn't make it to the mass this evening. I gave up on the problem I was solving (bukas na lang hehehe) and rushed to Christ the King church at Ang Mo Kio. I was so happy to see my family in church. Bebi A was her usual friendly (she was smiling at the Auntie on pew behind us) self and Dawter T was trying to behave and failing hehehe... I couldn't really concentrate, what with the constant "pssst", "shhhh", "Dawter T, stop it!" and "Bebi A, come here". I had to restrain myself and keep quiet also. Or I will be at the receiving end of Pre's notorious glares hehehe Anyway, after the imposition of ashes. Dawter T was so excited about hers. She kept on telling us that hers was a star (she can see her reflection slightly at the glass behind us). We had to tell her many times that it's not, that it's a cross. Then, when she saw Bebi A's, she said. "Bat kay Bebi A circle?" (nawala na kasi yung form nung cross at

Valentine Surprise

Last night, I called home to check if Pre was already in.Dawter T answered the phone. I greeted her. "Happy Valentine's day!" "Mommy, Daddy has something for you. It's in the cabinet. It's a surprise!" "What is it?" "It's a surprise, I am not supposed to tell." "I think I know what it is" "Don't guess, Mommy. It's a surprise e! Ba-bye na nga!"

Hardwork? Hard work?

For the past 3 days, I've been struggling (as in!) to finish 3 applications. Firstly, I am not a developer. These things doesn't come easy to me. I have to look, read the Help many times before I can really comprehend the functionor the script, Or, ask the best source of help --- Pre. My boss' thinks I can do it though as they dump one application after the other. I want to tell them that I am not. But doing that will nullify the hardwork I did for the development exam I took. One good thing that came out of it though is that I don't need to look at the system time often. Being an Administrator is --- you setup(usually once if the architecture is reallygood), you monitor, you maintain. But, if there's no serious problem or nothing to tweak, you can sit back and blog hahaha

Bully

Dawter T told me that her classmate's cheche (older sister) was calling her names. I told her not to mind her when she told me she's thinking of what to call the other girl. I told her not to fight with other kids. I didn't hear anything about it after that. Well, until last night. When Ate A told me that the girl called Dawter T crazy! Crazy! All because Dawter T was bringing home two water bottles. Because she left her usual bottle at school. And there were two water bottles straps around her neck (ok, I admit, it looks funny but it doesn't merit being called crazy!) And that makes her crazy! You might say I am too affected but really I am. I felt sorry for Dawter T because I saw how happy she was when I told her that I will tell Auntie Conductora to stop the other girl. It means she was affected by it . I look ay my girl last night while she was sleeping. And, I wonder how many more bullies she will encounter in her lifetime. I have to let her fight these b

Overwhelming Love

When everything seems in disarray, these two makes it alright. (Dawter T - 53 months; Bebi A - exactly 19 months today)
