Breakfast in Bed

Today was one of the special days of my life.

I woke up early because I had this eerie feeling that if I don't, I will get leg cramps. I stood up and went to the bathroom. Very surprised to see pre and dawter T's present for me on top of the toilet bowl haha! Wouldn't you be touched by such creativity?!

Pre woke up and insisted that I go back to sleep. He stood up and went outside though. I had this hunch that he's up to something --- 'Probably still writing his thoughts on the card he bought for me'. I didn't follow coz I wanted whatever surprise that is left for me.

However, when dawter T shifted position in our bed, I saw that her pajamas were already wet. So, I woke her up and changed her. Then, we went outside. That's when I saw the surprise! Pre was cooking breakfast --- sunny side up and native longganisa! Wowee! He asked me to go back to bed! Wow! My first breakfast in bed!

Dawter T and I waited inside the room, 'nagkulitan' na lang kami kasi ang tagal nung breakfast. Once in a while, pre will check on us. Then, he asked dawter T to come with him and when they came back, dawter T was wearing an apron and holding a plate of egg and longganisa! Haha! Tears started falling down --- I was so touched by what they did! Of course, I didn't let pre see it as he will tease me non-stop.

Math Matters

Dawter T called me up and excitedly told me that she's the highest in Math for term 1. So, I thought it was for their exam in Ordinal numbers. "Mommy, Mrs. T said, I am the highest in my tests and in my worksheets. I am 100 %!" Ok, ok, it's our first year in Primary so I am still a bit confused with the grading system. Then, she said, my English is good, but it's not like Math! That got me more confused! But still, I owe her a trip to Night Safari! Hehehe. *** I got home and found Dawter T's assessment folder. And lo and behold, it's true! I am very proud of my chicka! Hehehe (And Pre was even more than proud, for him, only Math matters hahaha)

Sunday Afternoon

We've had an adventure this afternoon. We ate at Pizza Hut and was very disappointed that they forgot to bring out our pizza. It should have come sooner but they made a mistake of bringing out thin crust instead of pizza hut. Pre had to ask the crew about it and only then did they informed us that the pizza was still 5 minutes away, and they were giving us some fried chicken for our wait. I mean, hello? We've waited a long time and it was not our fault and you only thought of the chicken after my husband marched in to your area to ask! We're not difficult customers. We're just hungry hehehe... Bad thing turned to good. The manager was Filipina and after Pre told her about our case, she said that Pizza Hut decided that we don't need to pay for what they have served. Fair enough. But, I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon. So sad. To cap our day, took some photos of the girls. Ate too conscious of her teeth. Bebi A, loving her yellow balloon.
